the glacier sweater

I bought this yarn with the intention of making something to sell on Etsy, but Sophie saw the yarn and asked me if it was for her. So of course it became hers, and she asked me to make her a "shirk" (that's a shirt).

It was slow going on fingering weight yarn (Debbie Bliss Rialto 4 ply) and size 3 needles, but there it is!

As of today it's finished, wrapped, and under the tree.

I hope she likes it!
